关停服务器不会继续收费。
AWS中国 EC2 没有 t2.micro 免费套餐。
工单系统: 可以在控制面板，右上角的-支持-支持控制面板-提交案例，Basic支持计划（免费用户）不能提交技术问题。
先使用后付款，每个月底出账单，次月30天之内付款。
新用户代金券是每个月20号自动充值。
80、8080、443端口需要备案才能连通，和安全组设置无关。
停止再启动实例，公网IP将会改变，为了固定公网IP，需要创建弹性IP，并绑定实例。
停止实例后，弹性IP及卷仍然会收费。
没有本地VNC console，当ssh、rdp远程连接有问题时，只能使用屏幕截图，有的区没有屏幕截图功能。
