1、在utorrent软件下方“文件”栏中，选中一个文件，右键，复制Stream URL，形如 http://127.0.0.1:35678/xxxx
2、在远程PC上，用netsh 创建 127.0.0.1:35678 => utorrent_IP:3567 的端口转发
3、在utorrent主机上，用netsh 创建 utorrent_IP:3567 => 127.0.0.1:35678 的端口转发
4、在utorrent主机上，用netsh 新建防火墙策略，打开3567端口
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="mystream" dir=in action=allow protocol=TCP localport=3567
5、在远程PC上，用迅雷、IDM下载或用Potplayer、VLC播放（？） http://127.0.0.1:35678/xxxx 链接
