dnf upgrade --refresh

dnf install dnf-plugin-system-upgrade

dnf system-upgrade download --refresh --releasever=32 或
dnf system-upgrade download --refresh --allowerasing --releasever=32 或
dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=32 --nogpgcheck   #若不加nogpgcheck,可能pgpcheck检测过不去

dnf system-upgrade reboot
