OpenVPN Windows客户端需要启用DHCP客户端服务才能获取到虚拟IP

查看“Dhcp 媒体感知/dhcpmediasense”设置：
netsh interface ipv4 show global

启用dhcp：
netsh interface ipv4 set global dhcpmediasense=enabled


查看虚拟网卡（TAP-Windows Adapter V9）状态：
ipconfig/all
