可能因为之前安装了其它的VPN客户端程序及驱动，导致原来的TAP网卡出现问题。

下载安装TAP网卡驱动：https://swupdate.openvpn.org/community/releases/tap-windows-9.21.2.exe

找到TAP网卡，禁用，再启用。
