一、 测试目的:主板的品质检测以及在工业环境中的网口运行稳定性检测。
二、 测试方法及过程。
外观检测:通过目测方式检测主板焊接工艺、PCB电路板制版工艺、接插件外观和联接情况的检测。
检测目标:
1:PCB电路板。
2:主板各焊接焊点外观。
3:CPU插脚、DIMM插槽、网络指示灯接口、USB接口、COM2接口、LTP接口、VGA接口、POWER接口、PS/2接口、CF卡接口、风机接口、跳线、IDE接口情况。
4:COM外接口、USB外接口、LAN外接口情况。
运行检测:通过主板的加电运行,对主板进行检测。目的在于测试主板板载晶片运行情况及主板与CPU、内存的匹配情况,主板各接口的运行情况进行检测。
检测方式:
1、在主板上安装适用于该主板的CPU。
2、在主板上安装适用于该主板的内存。
3、在主板上安装适用于该主板的SEGATE 40G 5.25寸普通硬盘。
4、在主板上安装适用于该主板的IBM 30G 3.25寸普通硬盘。
5、连接VGA KIT。
6、将主板安装到1U 上架机箱中,并连接250W供电电源、CPU散热风机(1U)。
7、在主板COM1接口上连接COM口鼠标。
8、在主板COM2接口上连接外置式调制解调器。
9、在主板USB接口上连接USB接口键盘。
10、将主板的4个网络接口通过网线连接到100M交换机。
11、将VGA KIT连接到显示器。
12、将主板BIOS设置为指定参数。(见附表1)
13、安装WINDOWS 2000系统,SiSoftware Sandra 2002 Standard 软件测试系统。
初检过程:
1、 检测主板起机自检是否正常。
2、 检测显卡、网卡、端口IRQ分配是否正常。
3、 检测WINDOWS 2000系统启动是否正常。
4、 检测COM1端口连接的COM口鼠标是否可以正常操作。
5、 检测COM2端口连接的外置式调制解调器是否可进行数据操作。
6、 检测USB接口连接的USB接口键盘是否可以正常操作。
7、 检测VGA显示输出是否正常。
8、 检测LAN驱动是否正常加载。
9、 检测LAN接口是否连接正常。
详细检测:启动SiSoftware Sandra 2002 Standard 软件测试系统,进行检测。
检测项目:

当系统报告为下列数据,仅电压值和风机转速有所变化时,认为主板普通测试通过,各组件工作正常。

在工业环境中的老化检测
将主板、电源、机箱、CPU、内存、电子盘组装成为整机后,进行工业环境老化测试。
在室内环境中模拟高温、高湿度环境,电压环境由190V-264V非曲线变换,进行8小时老化测试。
测试使用系统:LINUX,WINDOWS 2000,PING MONITOR.
系统测试连接图:
测试使用设备通过双绞线连接。测试整机安装LINUX系统,控制主机安装WINDOWS 2000系统,PING MONITOR软件。测试整机系统设置为不同IP地址,开机进行老化。在老化过程中,通过控制主机,应用PING MONITOR程序,不间断向测试整机的4个网口发送PING数据,并检测测试主机的网口响应。如测试主机响应正常,可以认为主板网口工作正常。
在测试中,每间隔1个小时,将测试主机断电重启,检测LINUX系统驱动的加载是否正常。
在老化过程中,不定时的调整交流电源输入电压,电压变化范围由190V-264V中进行变化。如电源、测试主机均无不良反应,可以认为,在测试主机通过该测试,适用于国内电网。
